Family Friendly Chalet Holidays
St Gervais predominantly is a resort for families.
Families are very well catered for here, the short airport transfer is a great start, from the airport to the chalet in an hour makes for a relaxing start to your holiday.
Then we have the ski hire shop, usually a painful experience with over-tired children; here we have a specific appointment time with the best ski shop in town, where the owner will personally choose you all the best kit (nothing more than 2 seasons old!), then give you all a 10% discount for staying with Ski Bliss.
The slopes are wide, open and empty, perfect for learning, and the mountain is such that you can ski all over the whole area without having to negotiate difficult and scary hidden blacks or icy reds.
The Ski Schools here are excellent for children, with English speaking instructors, a snow creche for the youngest, and two nursery slopes soley for the use of children in ski school.
Every family is different, so I will personally speak to each new guest about the best way to look after the whole group. This may mean earlier meals for the kids, high-chairs, cots, or extra DVD's. I'm very happy to have children in the chalets, and they are all very well laid out in terms of safety and convenience, plus, having the chalet to yourselves means you can relax and leave them to wander free without the risk of annoying anyone else!
All children will of course earn a discount, I will always speak to you first about what exactly your children will need, but as a guide, they will be:
Under 2 years Old - £100
Under 6 years old - 40% discount
Under 12 years old- 30% discount
Under 16 years old - 20% discount
